Not as good as they use to be. Booked an appointment with the solicitor in Warrington. Travelled from Runcorn. Office was closed phoned the Runcorn office to be told he was on holiday yet he made me an appointment for the same time. This one just one of a handful of issues I had why dealing with them. I would recommend using someone else.
